Business Development Director

As a Client Director at MindGym, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve performance. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals. With a focus on consultative selling and relationship-building, you'll be the face of MindGym to our clients and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the consultative selling process. You'll be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about driving business growth and improving performance, we'd love to hear from you.
