The Role of the Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager will support the Global organization in the effective utilization of Sales Tools, systems, and vendors, while ensuring best practices are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Build and maintain operational excellence through standard methodology sharing and process adoption across all users.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, document, communicate, and implement standard business processes.
  • Project Rollouts: Support project rollouts for new tools and processes that increase the efficiency and productivity of our sales team.
  • Process Changes: Recommend process changes and system improvements.
  • Sales Enablement: Drive sales enablement as it relates to Sales Tools and Sales processes.
  • Knowledge Management: Build and maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge base; systems, process, standard methodologies.
  • Training and Development: Deliver end-user training for new hires as well as existing staff as new features are released and/or to drive general sales tool effectiveness and adoption.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and grow relationships with multi-functional partners.
  • Business Analysis: Work with our business partners to analyze business needs, elicit requirements, and/or improvements that enable the business to achieve its objectives, improve user experience.
  • Sales Tech Stack Management: Day-to-day management (i.e. system reconciliation); optimization; supplier management; contract renewal and negotiation.
About You

We're looking for a professional with a focus in Sales or Business Operations, preferably in a B2B environment.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience with a focus in Sales or Business Operations preferably in a B2B Environment
  • Salesforce proficiency required
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven ability to be proactive, autonomous, and make practical trade-offs when vital
  • Ability to foresee and analyze project risks and develop risk management plans
  • Strong team player, that represents the Sales Operations function with integrity and partnership
  • Strong prioritization skills, able to manage a busy schedule and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI, Netsuite, and Gong preferred
  • Flexible and excited by every day being different
