Why This Role Matters

As an outbound Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities. Your final goal will be to schedule meetings with qualified prospects and pass them on to our Sales counterparts as qualified opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification activities, including scheduling appointments for Account Managers.
  • Utilize creative research and monitoring to identify new leads aligned with our product offerings and market needs.
  • Develop tailored sales campaigns by researching prospects' goals, market trends, and pain points.
  • Qualify customers based on a deep understanding of our platform products.
  • Gather actionable information on clients' needs and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, account managers, and sales leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment in territory strategy.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Generate a target number of qualified leads each month for the sales team using outbound outreach methods.
  • Consistent overachievement in previous roles.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, sales research tools, and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing ambitious sales targets and quotas.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive presence.
  • Previous experience in Sales Development or Sales for API-based, fast-paced SaaS companies.
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in French, German, or Spanish (proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Hebrew is a plus).
