  • As a Learning Disabilities Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team in a 20-bedded home, ensuring the well-being and dignity of service users is paramount.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
About You:
  • We are looking for someone with proven experience in a managerial role within a Learning Disabilities or Mental Health service, with a strong understanding of learning disabilities and autism.
  • You should have knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, including relevant laws and guidelines.
