About the Role: As a Specialist Learning Disability Service Lead, you will be responsible for managing service user care through comprehensive care planning, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing assessments and admission processes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring health and safety standards are maintained, managing risk assessments, and fostering a safe, supportive environment for service users, staff, and visitors.
