Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to children who require additional assistance, helping them engage and progress in their studies.
  • Utilise your understanding of psychology to assist students with behavioural challenges, helping them develop strategies for positive classroom participation and emotional regulation.
  • Work with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties, adapting your approach to meet individual requirements and ensure inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with teachers to maintain a positive and focused learning environment, ensuring all students have the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
  • Track students' development by recording observations, behaviours, and academic progress, and providing feedback to teachers, parents, and other staff members.
  • Offer emotional and social support, helping students build confidence, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills, contributing to their overall well-being.
  • Assist in preparing tailored resources for students, including worksheets, visual aids, and activities designed to reinforce key concepts and foster engagement.
