We are seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate to support children in an educational setting. This role is ideal for someone interested in working directly with children, understanding their unique needs, and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised learning support to help children engage and progress in their studies.
  • Assist students with behavioural challenges, helping them develop strategies for positive classroom participation and emotional regulation.
  • Work with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties, adapting your approach to meet individual requirements and ensure inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with teachers to maintain a positive and focused learning environment, ensuring all students have the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
  • Track students' development by recording observations, behaviours, and academic progress, and providing feedback to teachers, parents, and other staff members.
  • Offer emotional and social support, helping students build confidence, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills, contributing to their overall well-being.
  • Assist in preparing tailored resources for students, including worksheets, visual aids, and activities designed to reinforce key concepts and foster engagement.
