About the Role

As a Homelessness Specialist and Case Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering our services and supporting those in housing crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Housing Needs Assessments to evaluate clients' eligibility under the Housing Act 1996 and determine their priority need.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and timely decisions in compliance with statutory legislation, caselaw, and guidance.
  • Work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, gaining unique insights and experiences that inform your practice.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated and supportive team committed to tackling homelessness in London.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:

  • Up to 31 days leave per year, increasing to 36 days after five years of local government service.
