We are seeking a skilled Homeless Prevention Specialist to join our team at Critical Project Resourcing (CPR). The successful candidate will work on complex cases as part of the Homelessness Prevention team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Housing Stability Coordinator to provide support to individuals looking to transition out of temporary accommodation and into permanent housing. You will work closely with customers to help them sustain their tenancies and navigate the complexities of the housing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and assistance to clients in managing their tenancies, including advice on rent payments and maintenance obligations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective case management.
  • Evaluating complex cases and developing strategies to prevent homelessness.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the Housing Act 1996 and its implications for tenants and landlords.
  • Proven experience in completing Section 202 reviews and issuing relevant notices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

What We Offer:

Critical Project Resourcing offers a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
