About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Trinity Personnel. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the East and South East of the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background in automation or energy management and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with distributors and customers to achieve sales targets and develop a progressive sales pipeline.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and report expenditure in accordance with company timescales.
  • Maintain customer and sales data in a timely, secure and accurate manner within CRM and other reporting processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with IT systems and software.

Requirements:
  • Strong electrical background in automation or energy management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work remotely and manage multiple accounts.
