About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Account Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave at Crooton Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a selection of accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders and helping to fill vacancies.
  • Deliver advertising and outreach for vacancies across various industry sectors, including healthcare, events, and administration.
  • Provide regular updates via email and video calls, as well as candidate management to ensure a great journey through the application process.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within recruitment, preferably in an agency or external recruitment function where client service is paramount.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients over phone and video calls.
  • Excellent organisation skills to manage a busy caseload.
  • Previous experience of working with a CRM system.
  • Able to work from the office based just outside of Peterborough.
Benefits:

  • Average salary: £35,000, dependent on experience + commission.
  • Casual working hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00.
