HR Administrative Assistant

This role offers a varied and exciting opportunity to support our teams and contribute to the growth of our business. As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with employees and managers to provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire welcome details and manage the offboarding process, ensuring timely receipt of required information for payroll.
- Assist with the administration, tracking, and management of employee benefits, ensuring accurate records are kept and addressing employee queries related to benefit schemes.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, ensuring accurate management of employee paperwork in line with GDPR, legal, and audit requirements.
- Support the administration of UK visa sponsorships, global mobility, and employee relocations.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance HR systems and workflows, developing process guidance as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to manage, prioritise, and track both recurring and ad hoc tasks seamlessly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with intermediate to advanced skills.
- General HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle, with a basic understanding of UK employment law and experience drafting contractual documents.
