Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at The Solution Automotive Limited in Manchester.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in the Aftersales department, working closely with technicians and other colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with technicians and other colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and revenue targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £28,000 and uncapped OTE of up to £31,600. In addition, they will be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including [insert benefits].

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm; Saturday, 8.30am - 12.30pm (on a rota basis)
