Ultimate Performance is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Team. As an experienced IT professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our global user base.
Key responsibilities include managing incidents and requests through our service desk, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring prompt resolution within defined SLAs. You will also be expected to administer Microsoft 365 Enterprise technologies, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, Intune, and Endpoint Security, as well as deploying and administering Windows 10-based modern workplace environments.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, a pension scheme, and access to employee assistance programs. We also offer opportunities for career development and growth within the company.
