Customer Experience Advocate

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will provide technical support via various channels and help resolve customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer support role, preferably with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, as well as MS Office applications and Office 365.
**Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Provide technical support via phone, email, live chat, and remotely
- Troubleshoot and install software or hardware
- Meet sales targets and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
