About this Job:
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate engineer site visits and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on issues or works in progress.
- Update spreadsheets and prepare daily reports to track progress.
About You:
We are seeking a skilled Administrator with excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills. Full training will be provided, so prior experience is not necessary. As an ambassador for May & Stephens, you will deliver high-quality customer service and support the wider team as needed.
