Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role:
The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for booking engineers for planned maintenance and weekly visits to sites, managing their schedules, and liaising regularly with clients to keep them up-to-date on any issues or works.
In this role, you will be supported by the wider team with additional ad-hoc duties and receive full training on processes and systems used within the business.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in MS office including Excel
