**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and determined salesperson to join our team as a Wellbeing Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for introducing our phenomenal wellbeing and mental health solutions to senior leaders in organisations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Contact senior leaders in organisations to introduce our wellbeing and mental health solutions
* Generate opportunities and set appointments for a live demonstration of our service
* Collaborate with a dedicated team of Wellbeing Consultants to ensure high performance
* Actively build, manage, and maintain your pipeline
* Achieve monthly and quarterly appointment setting and revenue targets
**What We're Looking For**
* 1-5 years B2B sales experience
* Motivated and determined salespeople
* Passionate about wellbeing and offering a genuinely life-changing solution and service into business
* Ability to understand that this is a marathon not a sprint - build it, grow with it and forge a brilliant career
