Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.

About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Person-Centred Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to individuals across the country, working closely with our teams to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care. This will involve developing and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and carers, as well as coordinating support plans and advocating on behalf of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and carers
* Coordinate support plans and advocate on behalf of service users
* Work closely with our teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for service users
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop and implement individualised support plans

Requirements
* Experience of working with vulnerable adults
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant qualification or experience in social care or a related field
