About This Role: Become a Person-Centred Care Educator at Barchester Healthcare, shaping the future of care through expert training and development. As a key member of our team, you will create tailored training programs that enhance staff confidence and competence in delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver bespoke training solutions that meet Barchester's goals and performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to inform targeted training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training content that addresses critical skill gaps.
  • Facilitate effective onboarding processes, ensuring new staff feel supported and confident in their roles.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to refine future programs.
  • Network with healthcare professionals to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Promote Barchester's training offerings to staff, fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
  • Participate in internal quality assurance processes to ensure training meets regulatory standards.

Requirements:
  • Hold a C&G 7300 (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Possess a Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience in the social care sector.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of legislative requirements governing care services.
  • Proven track record in training or education, with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
