Person-Centred Care Assistant

Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs?
As a Person-Centred Care Assistant at Turning Point, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents to live independently in their own homes, with access to a range of community-based activities and hobbies.
Your duties will include promoting independence, supporting daily activities, and helping residents stay safe and healthy. You'll also work closely with the team to develop residents' life skills and personal interests.
We're seeking a flexible and patient individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate good manual handling skills. A driving licence is also necessary for this role.
In return, we offer a salary of £24,000 per year, plus benefits including 29 days' paid holiday and a comprehensive total reward package.
