Senior Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results and support our employees' well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Directors and HR Managers to develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits.
- Lead compensation projects, including global salary surveys, compensation studies, and benefits program design.
- Coordinate international assignments, including relocations, repatriations, and localizations.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of employee compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct periodic audits of compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- 4+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years of progressive compensation analysis experience.
- Global compensation experience required.
- Data market analysis and job evaluation experience required.
- Experience in sales incentive programs a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
