Compensation Analyst Job Description

Dalton Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to support the development, management, and administration of a robust compensation and benefits policy. The successful candidate will provide key data and analysis to ensure employee packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the annual reward cycle processes, including annual pay review, annual bonus, and long-term incentive plans.
  • Manage benefit provisions, such as private medical insurance, pension, long service awards, and salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Develop and maintain grading methodologies and matrices.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the UK business and Group reporting.
  • Utilize HR tools, including Talentsoft, SAP, and Zellis, for reporting and dashboard management.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, including reward and recognition schemes.
  • Support employee development through various program setups and monitoring.
  • Analyze, review, and recommend changes to compensation and benefits in the UK.
  • Lead benchmarking, research, and analysis of compensation and benefit programs.
  • Identify trends and emerging legislation.
  • Ensure plans remain compliant, market competitive, and fit for purpose.
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in a Reward/Compensation & Benefits role.
  • Familiarity with various reward concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience working with IT systems and data management.
  • Enhanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads to achieve deadlines.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals.
  • Excellent numeric skills.
  • Experience with Talentsoft is an advantage.
