Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our team at STERIS plc, a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care with an emphasis on infection prevention.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering compensation and benefits services that support our global operations, ensuring adherence to STERIS policy and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Directors and HR Managers to deliver compensation and benefits services.
  • Serve as internal compensation subject matter expert and educate the organization about STERIS compensation policies and practices.
  • Lead and manage compensation projects across allocated countries, global salary survey submissions, and compensation studies.
  • Model costs and employee impact analysis and drive implementation of approved changes.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of international assignments, including relocations, repatriations, and localizations.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
  • Utilize strong working knowledge of employee compensation and benefits to assist in the design, planning and administration of corporate employee compensation and benefit programs.
  • Compile, analyze, and interpret data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Prepare cost analysis of employee health and welfare benefits.
  • Evaluate positions for grade placement based on the content of the job and various salary survey sources.
  • Conduct periodic audits of Compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years Compensation & Benefits experience with at least 3 years progressive Compensation analysis experience
  • Global Compensation experience required
  • Data Market Analyst and Job Evaluation experience required
  • Experience in sales incentive programs a plus
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
