Job Title: Experience Analysis Analyst

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will oversee the reward (compensation and benefits) offering for the UK-based business. The company boasts a great office environment, often hosting socials and activities throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse, review, and recommend changes to compensation and benefits in the UK
  • Develop and deliver effective communication material/training documentation for new and existing programs
  • Participate in the due diligence process during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring all relevant data is analysed accordingly
  • Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies
  • Support the provision of data for monthly/annual reporting, including remuneration statements and minimum wage
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in a Compensation & Benefits role
  • Previous experience working with IT systems and Data Management
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power BI
