About the Role:
  • To lead and manage the aftersales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the Sales department to ensure seamless handovers and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of automotive industry practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
