Audi Team Member - Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking an experienced Audi Team Member to join our customer experience team at Group 1 Automotive. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, memorable, and exceeds expectations.

About the Job
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of JLR products, services, and features to address customer queries and concerns effectively.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Requirements
