About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advisor to join our team at JLR Preston. As a key member of our Audi team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Identify customer needs and guide them towards suitable services or products.
  • Provide high-level customer service to foster relationships and retain business.
  • Upsell additional JLR products to increase revenue.
