Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a fast-paced, growing start-up company, JamDoughnut, which is helping thousands in the UK save money every day. We are recruiting for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team that can work across our multi-channel consumer engagement channels, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Main Purpose of the Role

To be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support across various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses.
  • Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
