Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Intermediary Sales Executive to join our team at Together. As an Intermediary Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to key mortgage brokers, building strong relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate product and criteria information.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales.
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, helping identify new opportunities.
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings.
  • Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.

Requirements

  • Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
