Job Role

We're looking for a talented Intermediary Sales Executive to join our team. As an Intermediary Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to key mortgage brokers, building strong relationships and driving sales. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure KPIs are met and identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and product information
  • Work closely with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans, making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, helping to identify new opportunities
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
  • Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey

Requirements

  • Telephone Sales experience with a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls and managing inboxes
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong objection handling and problem solving skills
