Job Title: Intermediary Telephony Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intermediary Telephony Sales Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our intermediaries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the mortgage and lending industry.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports to the channel SLT, highlighting business risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven business-to-business sales experience within the mortgage and lending industry.
  • Strong understanding of the packager model, club, and networks.
  • Ability to develop and execute robust sales strategies and account plans.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
