Job Description

As a Telephony Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding targets by developing opportunities and building strong relationships with our partners. You will work closely with our channel team to develop strategies that optimize our presence in the market and take an active role in sales meetings and discussions to increase our reach.

You will be managing existing relationships and performance, promoting our products and services positively through various channels, and identifying opportunities to grow our business. Your time will be split between working from the office and visiting packager partners in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide market insights to inform our strategy and drive business growth.
  • Generate required business levels to support achieving KPIs from preferred partners.
  • Develop account plans and territory plans that can be articulated to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze broker performance and opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports to the channel SLT.
Requirements
  • Proven business-to-business development and sales experience within the mortgage/lending industry.
  • Proven understanding of the packager model and club networks.
  • Ability to develop a robust contact strategy with accounts.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Good objection handling and problem-solving skills.
