Job Title: Intermediary Telephony Team Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Intermediary Telephony Team Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our Intermediary Relations Channel, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our intermediary partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that all team KPIs and SLA standards are achieved.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with team members to drive confidence and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in people management and customer service.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory regimes.
  • Exceptional relationship building and problem-solving skills.
