Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Together. As an Intermediary Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our intermediary partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, providing accurate product and criteria information to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners, identifying new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Update Account Managers with regular feedback from brokers and market insights, enabling them to identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify intermediary needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Present a professional image of the company, delivering a positive broker experience throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
  • Proven telephone sales experience with a mortgage lender or broker.
  • Experience answering inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and managing inboxes.
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to handle objections and resolve problems effectively.
