About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at NUCO Travel Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience when booking their holidays with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer sales journeys, assisting them from initial contact to booking and beyond.
  • Understand how customers found out about us and provide valuable feedback to our marketing team.
  • Make, manage, and administer bookings, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
  • Be the primary point of customer contact throughout their contract with us, delivering a high-quality customer experience at all stages.
  • Communicate with customers across various channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
  • Guide potential customers in making informed decisions about their holiday selections.
  • Advise customers on our various products and services, cross-selling across our portfolio of brands where relevant.
  • Upsell additional ancillary products to customers based on their needs.
  • Gain insights from customer feedback and desires, representing their needs to influence product development.
  • Process payments and refunds, as well as deal with cancellations and complaints.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a sales environment, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Knowledge of the ski/travel industry and its various products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends, and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
