About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting vulnerable youth in a residential setting, working closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORTING CHILDREN WITH COMPLEX NEEDS: Provide emotional support and guidance to young people aged 8-18 years old with Complex Emotional Disorders.
  • MANAGING STAFF ROTAS: Oversee staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage during evening and weekend shifts.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £13.50 per hour

Requirements
  • Level 3 Qualification in Children and Young People's Services
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Understanding of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding procedures
