About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual
