Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at 2i Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads through research and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
