Training Manager for Nuclear Materials Control

AWE is currently recruiting for a Nuclear Materials Control Training Manager to join our Operations function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the analysis of training needs in complex business areas and/or large programmes/projects. Your primary objective will be to develop, deliver, and evaluate technical training interventions to ensure competent staff meet current and future programme needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of evolving competence/skill/learning requirements driven by current and future programme needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver training courses and programmes in line with company procedures.
- Establish and report upon metrics measuring the performance and success of ongoing training programs.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and task workload, deliver in an organised manner, and present results to senior managers.
- Experience of collating and interpreting data to produce analytical reports.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word and Excel.
- HNC/Degree in a technical discipline or relevant working experience.
