Senior Specialist Nuclear Materials Inventory Control Policy Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Nuclear Materials Inventory Control Policy to join our team at AWE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the accountancy and control of Nuclear Materials and Other Special Materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver current and future accountancy projects for the team.
- Manage and maintain the company accountancy and control processes and related documents to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Lead team activities and meetings when required.
- Ensure that project teams and the customer are fully supported by participating project reviews and other supporting meetings along with technical document review.
- Ensure the delivery of reports required by the customer associated with Material Accountancy and Reconciliation are on time and to the correct standard.
Requirements:
- Clear evidence of being able to learn and develop at a significant level.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Clear track record of engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience of providing Subject Matter Expert level advice to projects and businesses.
- Leadership experience.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Decision maker with proven problem-solving capability.
- Experience of working within a regulated environment.
