Nuclear Materials Control Training Role

AWE Plc Careers is currently recruiting for a Training Manager in our Nuclear Materials Control team working within our Operations function.

As a Nuclear Materials Control Training Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the analysis of training needs in a complex business area and/or for large programmes/projects.

Key responsibilities include developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training interventions to ensure the provision of competent staff to meet current and future programme needs.

Develop an in-depth understanding of the evolving competence/skill/learning requirements driven by the current and future programme needs in the allocated business area and/or for large programmes.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of training needs analysis and technical training delivery
