At Salt, we're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead our highly successful sales teams. This exciting opportunity will play a crucial part in scaling and optimising our company's Microsoft and Cisco sales strategy.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic leader with deep connections in the Microsoft ecosystem who can drive consistent revenue growth through focused account management, territory planning, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and expanding high-performing sales teams within a VAR or similar tech environment.

The role offers an attractive compensation package, estimated at up to £125,000 + Double OTE + £50,000 Company Based Bonus, as well as hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the Enterprise Sales strategy with a focus on Microsoft solutions, in alignment with our company's growth objectives.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap to build and integrate a third team under your leadership, leveraging best practices in sales development and customer engagement.
