Senior Territory Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Territory Business Development Manager to join our Oral Care team in the UK.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with Dental Professionals in your territory. As a Senior Territory Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing sales strategies to increase the usage and recommendation of Oral B products amongst Dental Professionals.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including product demonstrations, samples, educational lunch meetings, and attendance at industry events.
* Providing coaching and guidance to ensure that all team members are equipped to meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on product launches, promotions, and other relevant information.
Key Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the oral care industry.
* Proven track record of success in driving business growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Valid driving license for the UK.
