Field Sales Manager

BMS Performance is seeking an experienced Medical Territory Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships within theatres and procurement departments across NHS and private sector hospitals in the South East region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales or a related field, with excellent business development skills and a consultative approach to sales. You will be working closely with the company's clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
A competitive salary of £47,500 - £57,500 per annum, plus OTE of up to £12,000 per quarter, will be offered to the successful candidate. In addition, a fully expensed company car and a range of benefits will be provided.
