National Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Air Solutions Team in the UK. As a National Heating Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and growing our Air Conditioning business in line with LG's strategies and objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the UK Air Conditioning market.
- Sales Performance: Manage a team of Sales Account Managers and Service Engineers to achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest LG air to water heat pump products and technologies.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry, preferably with a reputable manufacturer.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of heating and air conditioning systems, including product development and business planning.
