As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and agreeing product and promotional business plans for all customers aligned to internal targets and KPIs. This will involve negotiating range pricing and promotional opportunities within the account, monitoring customer activity through accurate forecasting, sales in, and sales out information, and budgetary control.

You will also be responsible for developing effective customer contacts with all relevant functions, including commercial, buying, supply chain, store support, and operations. Additionally, you will plan account activities, including effective product displays, services, promotional plans, store merchandising, staff training programs, and sales incentives.

Furthermore, you will ensure sales forecasts and sales targets are achieved, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and report all aspects of business to the General Manager/Sales Director and other relevant departments.

  • Experience and knowledge of consumer electronics national account retail channels is preferable.
  • Proven track record of success within an account management position.

  • Complete finisher, able to be resilient and drive issues through to a successful customer-focused solution.
