Youth Mental Health Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the Manager of Youth Mental Health Services at headspace Horsham. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering an integrated service to young people, their families, and friends.
You will lead a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring that our headspace model delivers an excellent client experience. This includes managing risk, understanding key stakeholders, and recognising what success looks like for the client and the team around them.
As a values-led leader, you will promote a positive team culture and support the well-being of young people, their families, and the community.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with relevant sectors and partners to deliver an integrated model of care, promoting multidisciplinary teamwork and participation in the headspace program at a local level.
We are committed to supporting your growth and development, offering training and development opportunities to help you excel in your role.
The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
