We are seeking a Regional Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at SherwinWilliamsUk in Greater London. This is a key role that will see you working closely with our sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.

Job Requirements:

As a Regional Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth within your assigned region. This will involve working closely with our sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them.

You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the Independent Retail and Wholesale sectors. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

In terms of salary, we are offering a competitive package of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
