We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

This role involves implementing individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment, including supporting service users with meal preparation, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one. Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing individual support plans
  • Providing high-quality care and support
  • Supporting service users with daily tasks

Salary: £24,750 per annum, dependent on experience

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Various shifts including bank holidays, weekends, and potential sleep-ins
